La Ubicación cerca de aeropuerto. Lo único y el transporte rápido .

Estaba sucio el lugar , mala comunicación con unos de los recepcionistas , el otro muchacho fue muy amable , el muchacho de la noche. Nos dieron la habitación 226 primero y estaba sucio . Después nos dieron la habitación de 219 y esa estaba mejor , pero nos dio una alergia en el cuerpo , seguro las sábanas no estaban bien limpias .

La atención en recepción, el muchacho fue super amable.

Que el lugar no cuente con las mejores instalaciones, no cuenta con aire acondicionado y el abanico de la habitación no servía. Tuvimos que buscar otra opción.

The room looked like it hadn't been touched in 70 years. There was no desk to work at. The room had very bad lighting. The drapes didn't completely cover the windows, so one had to be aware stepping out of the shower. LOL! Because you would be on full display to the throngs of people outside. While the room and bathroom were as clean as could be expected, the windows were filthy on the outside, with dried paint that had dripped down the glass, and dust, dirt and marks where birds hit. There were electrical boxes exposed with wires (not sure if they were live or not). Very loud. The hotel is literally in the very center of historic Alajuela City and the glass was single pane. Panes were just butted up against each other, with no frame.
