Location Bed was comfortable but creaky Spacious room

The floor was so dirty I could feel how greasy it was. After walking on it for just a minute we could see the dirt on our feet and socks. It was so disgusting we had to wear shoes inside. There is 0 soundproofing on the rooms. People in the hallway were very loud, and someone was jackhammering pool tile early in the morning on our last day which made it impossible to sleep.

Accessibility to beach

My windows leaked into kitchen and living room during rainstorms during my stay. The fabric on couch and chairs were excessively stained very uncomfortable and unsanitary to sit on something like so stained.
