Location, comfy beds, friendly staff.

We had a room directly pool side. It was a bit loud with parties well into the evening. Other than that, it was quite good!

"TOTALY UNSATISFACTORY OVER PRICED EVEN ON SPRING BREAK....."

VERY LITTLE WAS OVER PRICED AND WAS POORLY MANAGED

I AM 79 YEARS OLD AND 3 WEEKS PRIOR REQUESTED 1 FLOOR. THEIR IS A 18 IN CONCRETE SLAB AT ONLY ENTRANCE (PROBABLY SO CARRIAGE RIDERS COULD DISEMBARK) AND MY WIFE WHO HAS ARTIFICIAL KNEES FELL. SHE HAD TO BE HELPED ON AND OFF THE SLAB EACH TIME WE WENT OUT.. WE WERE PUT ON SECOND FLOOR NO ELEVATOR NO PHONE IN ROOM. I WALKED ACROSS THE FLOOR IN MY WHITE SOCKS AND THEY TURNED BLACK..THE DOOR HAD A GAP IN IT WHERE THE DEAD BOLT HOLE WAS SUPPOST TO BE . ROOM WAS NOT SECURE. NO ROOM SERVICE I NEEDED WASH CLOTHES AND WENT DOWN TO DESK I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE BROUGHT UP.. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. AFTER PAYING 200$ PER NITE THEY CHARGED ANOTHER 10$ JUST TO PARK ON THE STREET. "GUEST SERVICES" WAS NO EXISTANT I WENT DOWN ONE TIME TO ASK ABOUT PARKING AND THE YOUR GIRL ON DESK, WHO WAS FROM PERU SPOKE LITTLE OR NO ENGLISH........ THIS PLACE IS A DUMP,,,,,,,,
