Proximity to beach.

I read several positive reviews about this hotel before I booked. However, I can't say I would stay here again: 1. I booked a King Ocean Front room and was assigned a room with two beds. The room was not cozy at all. There were no blackout blinds and the curtains would not adjust. Lights poured in all night from the outside lights and the sunlight came in at 5 a.m. 2. Breakfast was average; they offered 5 options and I've had better huevos rancheros in NYC. Staff at breakfast didn't seem like they wanted to be there. 3. There was a gentleman who worked the evening shift at the front desk; very unfriendly and unhelpful. I booked my return taxi to Cancun through him and he arranged for me to wait one hour at the ferry station. I'm glad I caught it. I asked him about breakfast the next day and he told me the restaurant won't be open then and they can offer a box lunch. He did not even attempt to offer any other options or accommodation. When we checked out, the restaurant was open. I do not believe I got the room I booked but I didn't want to make an issue of it.

Notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée avait trop de vis-à-vis Petit-déjeuner limité à 1 seul choix (si on veut plus, c'est en supplément) Pas assez de débit dans la douche Wifi très mauvais et peu de réseau 4G

Everything was great! We had an amazing time. We were with our 2 kids and they enjoyed the pool and the beach just steps away. One of the best locations!

L’établissement est apaisant, franchement vu direct à la mer, un petit paradis, le personnel, adorable, à l’écoute, je ne pensais vraiment pas que la qualité de l’hôtel serait aussi importante petit déjeuner n’importe où vous pouvez le prendre sur la plage dans votre chambre, c’est un petit paradis loin du centre, mais pas si loin, car en marchant quelques mètres, vous vous retrouvez au centre de L’île mais vous n’aurez pas besoin de beaucoup marché car l’hôtel vous permet vraiment de pouvoir vous reposer regarder le large bronzer et profiter de la piscine géante. Nous sommes restés quatre jours mais je pense vraiment que vous pouvez y rester une semaine si votre objectif et vous reposer prendre le soleil et profiter du paradis. Merci beaucoup recommandable à 200 %. La nourriture est excellente, la bière est pas chère, quatre jours passés à consommer sans compter, j’ai seulement payé une addition de 300 €. Sauter sur l’occasion et aller faire un tour à Palapas del sol

The beach is very beautiful - well-kept and not crowded. The staff are warm, helpful, friendly, and attentive. Food and drinks were excellent.

There was nothing I did not like about the property - just watch out for sandflies (aka chitras or no-see-ums) at dusk on the beach ie wear repellent. I should have known better (even brought repellent!) based on previous experiences on Central American beaches at dusk/with high humidity/no wind - but I let down my guard and got bitten terribly! Rookie move. You won’t feel them biting so take precautions when they’re active or pay the very itchy price.

This place is an absolute gem and nothing else but perfection! The place offers the most beautiful environment to relax. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked perfectly and we had a mini fridge. The place is located right at the most picturesque beach. The sand is white and the water blue and the palapas at the beach are just amazing - spacious offering lots of shade during the day. The bar/restaurant is serving food right at the beach if you want, and the à la carte breakfast is very delicious with plenty of options. The outdoor space is so beautiful with palapas and palm trees, and the staff are just welcoming and friendly. The pool area was also perfect for our needs and very clean. The hotel next door has a nice restaurant that serves the most delicious food! Biggest recommendation!

Très bien situé pas dans le centre, mais facilement accessible, plage, très propre, avec beaucoup moins de monde

Même si nous comprenons que l’établissement doit faire des travaux de temps en temps dans l’année, malheureusement nous avons subi une gêne occasionnée par du bruit de machine

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach! The facilities are really good. The staff is really kind. We enjoyed our vacation in the island.
