The room is very nicely decorated, very new and was very clean. Tatiana was very helpful with everything, she is always ready and happy to help whatever you need. You don’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, its more like a summer house with a warm welcome.

There is no breakfast service at the hotel, so at least there could be a coffee machine.

Absolutely loved staying here! We arrived and as usual you don't really know what to expect as the photos are not always the reality but this place exceeded our expectation! What a cute hotel with a beautiful aesthetic and Tatiana the owner is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved the location, it was literally a 2 min walk to the beach in the quieter part of Holbox so it felt like a true escape. We love it so much that we want to go back next year and would absolutely recommend it to friends. Great for a couple or friends who don't mind the open toilet!

The bed is very comfortable

The location - its on a very busy road and therefor very noisy + we had construction work in the morning which was very unpleasant. The bathroom - there was no door which made it very uncomfortable to use the toilet when the other person is in the room and also there was a bad smell coming out of the sink. The host (Tatiana) - at first she looked nice, but when mention any of the above to her she reacted very harsh/ assaulted. Made us feel very uncomfortable.

The room was exactly like the pictures, very beautiful and clean. We were at the top floor so we had an amazing view of the island. The open shower was very nice. The owners were super friendly and always there to help. I could whatsapp at any time of the day with any question I had. It is outside the city center so you don’t have the crowds and music from all the bars. on google maps it seems a bit ‘far’ but we rented bikes and it was 5-7 mins to the center and only 2-3 mins to Punta Cocos. The taxi to the center is 200 pesos per ride. The price is really good compared to what you get, a beautiful big room with nice interior.

A small fridge in the room would be nice & an extra garbage bin so we don’t have to use the one in the toilet all the time. The bed was a bit short for us, but I think it was a standard mexican size of bed so it is normal

The interior design of the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean. Air conditioner worked very well. The staff were very helpful, respectful and friendly. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

It would be great if the restaurant had their own snacks or pastries at the bar in case of emergencies :) There were not so many restaurants in the area, especially the ones that worked late.
