Broadcroft Hotel

The staff were welcoming and eager to help. I particularly praise the three receptionists I met during my stay. The breakfast were excellent and filling. The room was very comfortable and well equipped.

On the final night a function was held in the suite below my room. The music was extremely loud and kept me awake until the early hours of the morning. It was not good preparation for a long journey home

Great staff. Helpful and considerate. Hotel in lovely condition. Decor is new along with rooms.

Parking can be a challenge but we found spaces in the limited hotel car park. The rooms are a little small but this did not spoil our stay.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly, special mention to Paula on reception, she went above and beyond for us. And also the lady in the dining room at breakfast was so friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there are no lifts up to the rooms so you do have to climb a flight of stairs with your luggage. And not all the rooms have windows, and had we stayed longer than one night I might have struggled with this. Overall though a lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff and great amenities. Would stay again.

Es wirklich alles gepasst, von der Ausstattung bis zum sehr freundlichen Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Motorräder kamen sofort auf den abgesperrt Parkplatz.
