The host, Fady, is absolutely lovely. He’s kind and very honest. Food was very tasty and the other staff staff was very helpful. We fell in love with Fady’s dogs. My brother and I even booked an extra night. You will not want to leave this place.

What a fantastic place! Fadi and his team were amazing and made you feel very welcome. A true experience, where you can escape the caous of life and admire the stars. I could not recommend the place enough. There's also lots of amazing dogs for company and the dive centre was some of the best dives of my life!

The owner is very helpful, friendly, ready to give advice or even drop you in town. Camping with a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful stars, wind at night. It is close to a very nice beach where you cam snorkel or have diving courses with the affiliated diving center. Good breakfast and, if you get dinner there, the food is delicious.

If you are staying in the summer, be aware the temperatures can be very high and sleeping in the bungalows might be very difficult.

We had a lovely stay at Deep South. The huts are very cute and clean and only a short walk to the beach where there is great snorkeling! At night there is an incredible view of the stars, and the breakfast was simple and delicious. Thanks to Fady for a relaxing stay, we will definitely come again :)

The location is simply excellent for snorkeling. Go out into the water to the right of the boats and keep looking to your left as you curl around the outer shelf of the coral reef. You will see amazing things. During my 3-day stay there I probably spent 12 hours in the water. The simple meals provided were tasty, fun, and very healthy. The family that takes care of the food does a great job. The accommodations are rustic. Don't be expecting more than a simple cabin with attached bathroom. It almost feels open air, but as long as it's reasonably cool weather I would go back. I would not recommend going in the heat of the summer.

For whatever reason, the breeze really doesn't get to the rooms. Power is only on from about 7:30pm (19:30) to 11:30 (23:30) as it is generator power, which means if it's very hot out you might wake up in a sweat around midnight after your fan has given out. The accommodations are more rustic, think State Park cabin with attached bathroom and some simple furniture including a wardrobe. Know that they also do not accept credit cards. Bring enough cash to pay your tab and any diving expenses. Otherwise, you will need to stop at an ATM on the way to the airport.
