Das Restaurant im Haus bietet fantastisches Essen und das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Um 18 Uhr heizte die Sauna leider nicht mehr.

Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Vor allem die Restaurantbedingung war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, da macht Urlaub richtig Spaß.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben im Appartement Elbresort eine sehr geschmackvoll und Norderney eingerichtete Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick auf die Elbe und die Bastei gehabt. Das Restaurant und der Service hat uns den Kurzurlaub perfekt gemacht.

Den Preis für das Frühstück fanden wir zu teuer, wenngleich das Frühstücksbuffet gut war.
