Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Es war eine tolle und lockere Atmosphäre, mir hat das sehr gefallen.

Die Lage ist ein paar Meter vom Bahnhof und von Fährestelle Richtung Niederrather optimal. Personal, insbesondere im Restaurant, sehr nett.

Freundliches Hotel mit feinem Wellnessbereich. Alles sehr hochwertig, vor allem der Ruheraum mit Blick auf die Elbe und die Bastei war außergewöhnlich schön! Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit Basteiblick- wunderbar! Das zugehörige Restaurant war sehr gemütlich und das Abendessen ebenso lecker wie Kaffee und Kuchen auf der Terasse. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Informationen für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.
