The restroom could use more towels. Toilet seat was chipped and gross. Bathroom had a yellow stain or something along it? Weird side roads to get to property. Front desk lady seemed like she didn’t want to be there and her tone could be better, i understand that’s not your dream job but i don’t have to be spoken to monotone and rushed because of it

I like other locations that is why I booked again

Room was filthy, the bed spread was stained with food, ketchup, and mustard. Should have been washed. The closet had someone’s sock on the door knob. There was a pony-tail tie on the floor of the room. The room reeked of bleach so strong it burned out eyes. We did not stay, we checked out immediately

Room was at the sister hotel. So had to check in at one location and stay at another. The hotel that I stayed in smelled like marijuana all throughout the hotel, including the lobby.

The front desk ladies were rude. The outside was surrounded with homeless looking people.

Poorly maintained, there were cockroaches, the shower and toilet was not working

It was really good. The service was really good

People were smoking drugs out side of the establishment
