Studio 6 New Braunfels, Tx

Despite the kind staff, our stay was miserable. The neighboring guest had two dogs that started barking at 5am and never stopped. There were dog feces all around the sidewalks and planters near the room which made bringing things in from the car harder than it should have been. There was no way for the hotel staff to address the noisy dogs. It would have been nice to have been told there were animals in the room next to us before we got all unpacked and in bed - that way we could have asked for a different room.

The place was absolutely disgusting. Hallways were filthy, air conditioning in the building didn't work.. dirt and trash all over the floor. Carpet was sticky. Smelled absolutely disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Nobody worked at the front desk , you ha dto go across the parking lot to the motel 6 to check in and get keys. The room was horrible. Very bare. They had two washing machines for the whole building but on one worked so I couldn't get any of my clothes washed

Nothing.. absolutley disgusting,filthy,nasty,stinky,and all around should be just shut down. It's obvious the owners do not care about the place. Not to mention the sheets ,blankets,and pillows stunk really bad. I honestly want my money back and already have written you guys and email as well as the studio 6 corporate office.. i could have went to a way cheaper motel and had a was better experience. I would never wish my worst enemy stay at that place

I refused to stay there. It was dirty. There men hanging around outside smoking. I arrived and ask to use the restroom and was told there was no restroom for customers, i would have to wait until i checked in and get to my room.

Nice staff very helpful, great location , problem was all night up by loud barking , bed seem clean but it was not so much ,also bath areas “clean” but if I was you take some Lysol and clod wipes

Hotel did not reach back out to me after complaint of non cleanliness and leftover food in fridge, price is reasonable however pay a bit more and stay elsewhere at least not this location. The area is also not safe.

I killed 4 roaches. Also, because of drug activity, close around police pass by often looking for a reason to put you in jail. Never again!!!! I took pictures of the roaches in the room.

Disgusting, roach infested, vagrants loitering about property. Requested money back since we could not stay there due to the deplorable conditions and was refused. They offered another room but when I asked if it would be roach infested as well the clerk informed me he could not say that it wouldnt be.

This was the worst place I’ve ever booked. After waiting 2 hours for room to be cleaned,checked in 2nd room and bugs crawling all over floor and roachs crawling on wall. I went to front desk and was told that there was nothing they could do about that. I’ve never had such poor customer service. They said I couldn’t get a refund and called the police to have my family escorted off there property . Also upon checking in they charged me more than the price I booked for. Once again front desk person said I needed to contact you because they can do that. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would hope you take this place off of your hotels. I will be contacting corporate about everything. I have pictures of bugs and trashy hallway.
