Checked out 1 day early due to poor conditions and snake skin all over the place. Owner said they would refund but when I got back to my country they rejected it.

Prima locatie.... centraal maar rustig gelegen. Zwembad top. Roomservice heel vriendelijk en kon elke dag vragen als er wat ontbrak.

Geen warm water en waterdruk is niet top. Ik stellt voor zoals al wat meer mensen geschreven hebben..... poolchair of goeie ligstoelen

So Privacy for family trip. Have a pool

They gave us our deposit back despite us leaving 2 hours after we checked in. The staff were polite and friendly.

The amount of bugs… mosquitoes, flies, beetles, worms, millipedes.. the reception was crawling with them when we arrived late at night. The pool was full of them as well. During check in a cockroach crawled into my daughter’s rucksack and we couldn’t find it. An hour later it crawled back out in the bedroom. My daughter is severely allergic to bites and needs to take steroids if she is bitten several times so had we known this place was next to a paddy field we wouldn’t have booked it. The room was clean ish but the plug socket next to the bed was broken and there was no WiFi despite advertising high speed WiFi. We were told 5 minutes walk into town but in reality that was 40 minutes. Contacted booking.com who said they would reply within 24 hours but they still haven’t done so 3 days later. Total waste of money and time. Shame on you Booking.com. That’s 2 major problems I’ve had within a week booking with you after 7 years of using you consistently.
