Room full of insects / mosquitoes/ lizards as the door was not fully touching the ground, bathroom very old and not clean

Lady receptionist was kind. And Bangladeshi boy was helpful when we meet him at the lobby he help us to remove trash from room. One local guy was rude

There is no one who can took us our room in the day of arrival . Day we arrive the hotel we got the key from reception and we had to search our room. After booking we try to contact with the hotel no one answered. Even they send false information before 2 days of arrival regarding our check in day. We send emails normal message even we call but no answer was given then I email to booking. Com then only problem was fixed. During our 3 days stay our trash was not cleared we message many times to the number given by reception but not acknowledged. Not give single bottle of water. Over charged for taxi on our departure day around 60 ringgits from hotel to airport. They said it will double charge but airport to hotel taxi charge is only 13 ringgits.

The staff at this property were exceptionally friendly, which was a highlight of our stay.

The condition of the bathroom was disappointing. It lacked a proper roof, featuring only a hard plastic cover, and there was no shower enclosure. As a result, the entire bathroom would get wet during showers, requiring us to 'hide' the toilet paper :) to prevent it from becoming soaked. Had accurate photos of the bathroom been available, I would not have chosen this property. On a positive note, the accommodation offers good value for money and a pleasant view of the green fields, but the bathroom's condition was not up to standard and detracted from the overall experience.
