Rooms were small and cramped

Pool and plung could have been a bit warmer

The view from the pool it was so beautiful you had a bar right next to the pool the room were so beautiful but the only downside was the the floor of the room was so cold but apart from that the whole hotel was 5 stars

Amazing location and setting

Expensive and noisy children

Stunning location, sympathetic design with carefully thought out placement of sunbeds, outdoor tables and choice of style.

The service around the sunbed / pool area was practically non existent. At times three members of staff were around the bar yet completely ignored clients around the pool and were most inattentive. One member of staff called Dev was outstanding as he was, pretty much, the only one who understood the need of us and other clients and looked after us really well. The restaurant manager / s seemed put out if we arrived early for breakfast or lunch. We were pretty much ignored in that space too, at times, with no other clients present. A huge part of a relaxing beach break for me is not having to worry about anything, especially being catered to at a reasonable level and constantly looking for staff attention for even basic needs. On a positive note the spa treatments and practitioners were fantastic and would highly recommend them. Overall we still had a great time and loved the hotel
