Staff baik boleh beri kerjasama

Bilik tidak bersih..lantai tidak dimop dengan sebaiknya..tapak kaki hitam bila pijak lantai yang berdebu…rel langsir yg reput, langsir mudah jatuh..3 bilik tukar waktu check in.. nombor bilik 117, lepas tu tukar ke bilik 118…last bilik 113 bila staff upgrade bilik..
