Opal Suites Apartments

The apartment was well equipped. Rooftop Pool is very nice. Gym is spacy, Laundry room

Some gym machines did not work. Could not make the the washing machines operate for me. The general design of the building / hallways is pretty boring compared to other building where I have stayed for similar price.

Location was quiet, very secure with security on 24/7. Laundry facilities on top floor- many machines- no charge to use. Went home with CLEAN laundry!! Appreciated water bottles & jug on arrival.

Elevator was broken for several days, but security was there to help with bags, so not a big deal.

Location was ideal. Beds and bedrooms comfortable/good storage. Place was clean. Good facilities. Pool was very nice and really quiet.

Didn`t see any signage for sauna. Had to keep lounge door closed as main road was noisy. I was in bedroom next to this road and was a bit noisy, but only took one night to get used to. I was aware of the road prior to coming so not really a criticism. Couple of power cuts (one very short/one hours). I know this happens sometimes in Playa. Didn`t really affect us.

Bed is very uncomfortable mattress extremely firm

Excellent staying in Playa del Carmen. Very close to 5th Avenue, restaurants and boutiques. Clean and comfortable apartments with great facilities, rooftop terrace, swimming pool and barbecue.

Location was good, close to restaurants, shops etc, and not very noisy, had screen doors

Extremely hard bed, virtually impossible to sleep, they put down an extra duvet in bed under sheet but it was the hardest bed!!!!
