Staff was amazing and accommodating

The sheets and bed are outdated and old

Stayed in 205. Met by the lovely Juan who gave us the rundown. Pool is wonderful, location is excellent, beds are huge. A little road noise at night, but nothing we didn't sleep through. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time at the place, we continued our stay here after Cozumel, an amazing place

there was stains on the bed sheets, and pillows, mattress smells like urine, hand print stains on the couch, no water like mentioned, no barn wire to protect from ground level, no security ever at front desk, no one knowledgeable in check ins (had to leave and come back 3x because no one was there at desk), front door was NEVER locked once, even at night. I would never stay there again.

everything! we love that there’s Washing machine , Kitchen with many useful products and Juan very helpful and nice.

Excellent location and great pool.

The bed is a tad hard.

The proximity to everything was great. The rooftop pool and other facilities were great. The staff was amazing.
