The room was comfortable and it was easy to reach the hotel from the center.

The road was very noisy and we didn’t get the view we were expecting. (It looked so much better on photos - without the road, the constructions and the car wash / gas station nearby.) Although we got a message before our arrival that we can pay by credit card, when we arrived it turned out that they only accept cash.

It's a decent hotel in a village like Stepantsminda. The lounge/canteen is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

Credit card cannot be used to pay the bill. Well, this is common in mountain regions in Georgia, so maybe I cannot blame it to the hotel. There is no lift for this four-floor building, and the design has some flaw. There should be an entrance to enable people to directly enter the hotel from the street.

Yes, it was not at par very poor facility. No communication skills. Staff were not hospitility sense. Staircases no support. Breakfast not at par

1. No hot water from the tap on one of the days 2. No fan /ac in room. Was really hot inside the room until 6 pm 3. No wardrobe and mirror inside room 4. Need more staff who can speak English 5. No card payment option . Only cash payment was accepted 6. No universal charging adaptors
