The location and staff was very friendly

The room passes needed to be re-fixed everyday. Had to go to reception every time before going up in the room to make sure the passes worked

in the city center, its good location

its too dirty, room smell not really nice, the cover bed, pillow case and blanket are dirty, had some spot like people already used. and especially the towel for take a shower should be renew, cause is same with the shower bath placemate already

Front office service it was nice , especially when i was check in first and someone named anggi from FO dept are gave me a good service and also pretty much gave us more smile :). Love it ! Thank u bw inn belitung.

My wife and I have a overall excellent stay for 2 night. Decent breakfast which fair for us from KL Malaysia. Nice room which is clean and spacious for a couple like us. We are looking forward to come again.

Comfy, modern design with modern technology. Hot cold shower. The sink placed outside the bathroom so if you want to brush your teeth while your partner use the bathroom. The breakfast also good one. They have coffee shop inside the hotel. And they rent bicycle for hotel guest.

I came to this hotel from Turkey to have holiday in Belitung and i really like the staff, the cleanliness of hotel and their attention to me, especially front staff nopiandi :) For those of who care the wifi, yes it has a good wifi connection :) the minibar is good and has a rich menu and tasteful foods and drinks. Overall i really like this hotel and the staff. I can recommend for everyone who has a plan to come Belitung. Don’t even look at the others :)
