BW inn Belitung

Stay during business trip on 21 August 2019. Room is quite spacious & very clean indeed. Bed is nice & not to soft. Hotel is situated near central of the city, ease of access everywhere. Hotel's staf is friendly & very helpful.

I think BW Inn gave the best value for money. Their cleanliness is very good, from the lobby to my room, it was very clean. Also most of their staffs was friendly and welcoming. But I think the best part of the hotel is their internet speed that was so fast and I also amazed by how they put an access point at my room, I assume they have access point for every room they have. It was really beyond my expectation. Unfortunately, their breakfast is only acceptable. The variety of the breakfast menu is good I think, but, the taste and the looks of some menu is quite unpleasant. I’m sure they will improve their quality tho. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay here in BW Inn. Please keep up and step up your good works guys!

Honestly, this is my first time to stay at this hotel. It was out of my expectation! The hotel is new and located in the prime area of the city. Close to the shopping center and any kind of legend restaurant. The welcoming greeting of the team (security and FDA) full of warmth, especially written personal greeting from the FO Team Leader, Mr. Yogie - i can feel the personalize service experience. The check in process also so fast. I had the honor with room on 8th floor with city view. The room was spacious and fresh, i love the layout itself - it simplified my activities like at home. Only one thing that have to be improved is cleanliness of the bed linen - there were some marks there. Unfortunately, i haven't got any opportunity to try the dishes at the restaurant. So far i enjoy and feel comfort to stay at BW Inn Belitung and expect to return! I hope success for the hotel and the lovable team there. Keep up the good work! :) Cheers, Cahya

a very memorable holiday in belitung and nice staying in this hotel,especially front office department Mr.Yogi was very helpful in service during stay and giving information about tourist attraction..

Its my first time travel to belitung, and I choose BWInn to stay for 2 night. My very first impression: The hotel seems like a small building from the outside, and since the building area is not that wide, so the parking lot is across the street. But when i enter the hotel, it is seems nice and cozy hotel because of the good interior and warmth welcome. I choose the twin room, for 2 people. Again, the room is quite cozy because of the interior that seems cute and nice. The view from 9th floor is good too, we can see the sea and thats the additional point for the review. But, the room is not soundproof so that we can hear the voice from outside room. The television inside the room not clear too. I can smell the paint of the room, and i think it is because the hotel is quite new. For this, i suggest they can give some room fragrance, and it will be great. For the breakfast, i love the restaurant because of (again and again) the interior. But for the menu, they're only gave us some variation menu. And i think it will be good if they can give additional menu like vegetables or something. But, the staff is always stand by for serving your meal and clean your empty plates. Oh, you can request the fills for your omelettes too. Like cheese and so on. ⭐ hehe i love this. Since i like to review the food from each hotel. But overall, the service is good 👍🏼

The location is good, there are eateries nearby, it's located in downtown and thus no sea view. There is little choice for breakfast, food isn't hot, the quality of the food provided could have been improved to kick-start a good day at Belitung, such a nice island to be in! Probably because it's new, there's weird smell along the corridor. Other than that, the room is pretty fine (we have booked a triple room and was told that triple room isn't available and thus added one bed for us in double room, it could have been communicated earlier).

Everything are good, nice & beyond my expectation for this hotel. It will be perfect if the TV in my room can deliver good views (no ant show :d) and also put cell signal repeater at highest floor. Kindly consider Rooftop for hangout place while seeing around views.

a new 3star hotel in Belitung, worth to stay.. all staff is really nice with smile and ready to help. the design is very eye catching.. you won't be bored when you waiting at the lobby! you can take a photo while waiting check in.. the food is simple but really taste worthy.. locate in the center of the city and a lot of store to buy a daily good beside, thank you BW inn good luck
