The only thing I liked is the female receptionist in the morning and the bellman, they’re so friendly and polite.

Almost everything. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous guest, the safe was still locked and the evening/night receptionist is rude, unprofessional, and impolite. I originally booked two rooms for me and my friends, I gave away our documents and we paid but we didn’t check in. When we came at night to check in, this rude receptionist mentioned that our IDs weren’t registered and it was. He tried to claim that it’s not to be able to ask for the marriage certificate along with the IDs, he stopped asking for it when I highlighted that the single room is for me only and double room is for my other two friends. I asked for an ironing service for one shirt at 10AM, I came back to the hotel at 8PM and the shirt wasn’t there! I called the receptionist, it was the blonde guy doing the night shift and he told me “the staff are too busy to check if the shirt is done”, I highlighted that I need the shirt by 9PM because I will be leaving. I called again after 30 minutes, he said that no one has time to check if my shirt is done and hung up the call in my face. The delivered the shirt at 9:20PM and the bill said I requested for a wash and an Iron service, which I didn’t!

Staff are super respectful and helpful, the location is very strategic and close to everything, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing!

Bad customer service very rude if you not Kurdish they don’t care about TV channel every channel you flip it says warning no signal or weak signal old furniture and dirty no gym no pool don’t get fool about it is not available

Next to the Main Street, therefore it is not quite as needed

Nice place and good service

The cost is very high compared to hotels in the city.
