"Poor. Unfit for travellers"

The people are good and courteous.

It is hardly a hotel...it is not even a service apartment. Basic minimum needs like drinking water is not kept in the room...one has to go to corridor for water. Bad toilets, peeling paint of walls...

Well maintained. The staff are cordial and helpful. The location is great. The breakfast is good.

The towels and bed sheets are a bit worn out. They should change them. Laundry service should be improved.

"A nice and pleasant stay with family. Highly recommended."

Buffet Breakfast & Spread was good. Staff were couteous and quick to help. Reception Desk staff were cordial and helpful. Online 24hrs check-in and check-out is a big plus and defining factor.

Upkeep of the amenities needs a bit more attention. Though they are good but could have been better.
