"Hostile, dank, dingy"

Location is convenient

Management are hostile and live on site. Rooms are dated, dingy and dirty. Black mould pervaded my room. Rooms are not equipped with some basic amenities like a kettle or a wardrobe for example. Rooms are incredibly noisy from both external and internal sources. Breakfast is the same limited monotonous selection of unhealthy items on a daily basis. The lift does not service the ground floor, and air conditioning cannot be controlled in the room.
