Receptionist could have refrained from eating her supper with her fingers while handling & copying my ID. Even though the room was booked for 2 guests, there was only one mug, one glass, one teaspoon and one teabag. No towel rails in bathroom nor toilet roll holders. One of the hand towels was spread on the floor as if it had previously been used to dry something up. The one window was missing its handle and was wired shut. Extractor fan came on automatically with the lights and was very noisy. The bathroom light was on the same switch as the bedroom, so you either go to the toilet at night in the dark or blind your partner with light and wake them up. Stair risers were different heights and you sometimes walking up comfortably or taking giant leaps. Cornicing and finishes seem to have been done on a tight budget.

The car park is awkward and uncompromising. Going around the building is not safe, especially at night to park the vehicle and return the remote device, is highly risky and wayward. The steps also are also another challenge
