There is no airconditioner ,in 2022 is mind boggling. Aliwal North has extreme temperatures and the fact that they did not include it in the building plan is just not acceptable. We stayed in a room that is on the 1st floor, there is burglar in the big middle window, which is great safety hazard. One has to park their car at the back and walk a distance to the front to enter the building, an alternative entrance from the back would have been better. My stay was made more uncomfortable by rowdy guests who were chanting and dancing the whole night and the hotel staff did not intervene.
