New Orleans Hotel Eureka Springs

The staff was great, and the rooms were comfortable.

They rooms were comfortable but nothing fancy. A little pricey.

This is an old hotel our window unit went out but the staff was on top of it and got us moved to another room -so nothing to do with staff they did an excellent job with the issue - it is just an older building so cooling was a bit not like modern hotels having said that -this is part of the charm of staying in an historic hotel

This is a very cool hotel with a lot of history and it is located right in the heart of downtown Eureka. We checked into the hotel, had the car parked, and we never even needed the car the rest of our stay, as everything was within walking distance. I was a bit skeptical about the hotel not having air conditioning. BUT, this was only the common areas and it was very comfortable checking in and hanging out at the bar. Once we got to our room, the A/C was on full blast and we slept like babies. We enjoyed it so much, we are already planning another trip back in the fall.

It didn't bother us, but we warned there is no elevator. But again, it was built in the late 1800's so enjoy a bit of nostalgia.
