New Orleans Hotel Eureka Springs

Staff was amazing. Sue and Chris were awesome! Location was perfect. Both the Speakeasy and Quarter was very entertaining.

It didn't have a elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. The room was great. One lady at the front desk. You have to park behind the hotel 2 levels down. Then walk around to our level but this is par for eureka springs. It was quaint.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location in the old town is perfect, and having parking available made things so much easier since we never had to worry about finding a spot. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived—everyone from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping was genuinely kind and helpful. The building itself is wonderful too; it honors the historic character of the area while still offering the modern comforts that make for a relaxing stay. Altogether, it’s such a warm and inviting place that we felt right at home.

The wood floors in our room could feel a bit slick in spots, especially if walking in socks or with bare feet.

Great location, ambiance, and staff.

Only concern was lack of elevator to upper floors. We had to carry luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs.

The Front Desk staff were a very nice couple. They were friendly and cordial and always willing to help with carrying bags or meeting our creature comforts during our stay! One thing that we loved was the early morning 🌄 coffee on the balcony out from and watching the day getting started in downtown Eureka Springs. The room we stayed in, 107, was delightfully larger than we expected! It was well-lit and had a pleasant view of the surrounding trees. And the bathroom was spacious w/shower and enormous jetted tub, private toilet space, and separate sink area. Coffee maker in the room was convenient for that first cup, and coffee in the Lobby was usually ready by 7 if you want to stroll down.

There was no elevator, so, like the rest of Eureka Springs, be ready to take some stairs to get to your room. However, the staff was able to carry bags if you wanted. The only other thing that I would have liked was if the VooDoo.Bar had been open more. It was closed both Monday and Tuesday during our stay. It was still summertime, and we.would.of liked having an afternoon cocktail during our summer vacation Monday or Tuesday.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was very charming, and the location was fantastic.

I wish there were light blocking curtains on the windows.
