Nice, clean hotel with great amenities and staff. Excellent breakfast and a la carte food. Professional and extremely helpful staff. Beautiful location right by the river. Suggestions: • Implement a loyalty/membership program, with perks for loyal customers • Implement a pool towels exchange program (if you stay late and your towel is wet, there is no way to exchange it and it will still be wet when you go back in the morning)

Smoking is permitted everywhere around the outdoor pool area. Please designate a non-smoking area with sunbeds and umbrellas (maybe those on the South side, closer to the main hotel building?) There is no cleaning staff around the pool after 19:00. Unfortunately, some lazy and arrogant clients leave glasses, bottles and garbage on the table and around their sunbeds when they leave. It stays there until the next morning.

מלון מושלם בשביל יום מנוחה אחרי טיול ארוך. נקי מאוד, חדרים נעימים ומעוצבים יפה. הבריכות באמת חמות גם בפנים וגם בחוץ. סאונות נעימות ונקיות. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד.
