I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I accidentally left my brand-new Apple laptop behind and immediately contacted the hotel—calling and messaging at least six times each. Not once did I receive a response. I was given inconsistent information when I did manage to speak to someone, was placed on hold repeatedly, hung up on, and at times no one even answered. The Find My app showed that my laptop was still on the property. When I flew back to Cabo and went to the hotel in person, staff confirmed the laptop’s location matched the property, but simply shrugged and told me it wasn’t their problem. No effort was made to help or investigate further. The service was indifferent at best and outright rude at worst. A security guard even pretended not to understand me despite my fluent Spanish, and snapped back in English instead, with a disrespectful and dismissive attitude. This hotel is overrated, with poor service and zero accountability. I would not recommend staying here.

Was not what I imagined.

El hotel es muuy antiguo, tienen pésimo servicio y la camida muy cara y mala!! Al llegar a la habitación la coladera de la regadera estaba llena de pelos 🤢🤢Fui embarazada de 6 meses quise entrar al hotel en uber y no me dejaron tenia que caminar hasta recepción o esperar un carrito que toman muchisimo tiempo en llegar. Pésimo servicio!

The views and the beach were great. The staff was incredible and from the outside the resort looks wonderful and well kept.

The rooms are well beyond there useful years for a fairly expensive resort. There are chipped tiles, the outlets are so worn they won’t hold an iPod charging block and the jacuzzi tub and mini fridge looked bad. But by far the biggest issue was the door separating our unit from the adjoining unit. You could see light all around the door and with the 1/2” gap on the bottom you could hear everything that was said and done in that unit like there wasn’t a wall at all. We now have intricate knowledge of our neighbors sex life and what songs she likes to sing. Had they not left our second day we would have requested another room. That first night was miserable.

Ocean view is great

The hotel company is definitely cheap. Constantly trying to chase you down for an extra couple bucks. Not about the money... about being in a nice place and having to deal with constant annoyance. There are better places in cabo for a similar enough $. Look elsewhere
