Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that are 4 villas and each 2 share a swimming pool. Please note that the property only accepts payment by credit card if the card is physically present. The reception is not open every day, 24hs. Check-in is done as self check-in. The administration will provide self check-in instructions before arrival. Parties and celebrations are not allowed in the hotel. Disturbing noises are not allowed from 9pm to 7am.

"Perfect place for a surf vacation."

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach.

We were there during a heatwave, so the loft without AC was a wee bit hot.

"Dreamy Casa near Hermosa Beach"

A very dreamy place, the casa is gorgeous with comfy beds, you share a nice swimming pool with the villa in front of yours. Less than 10 minutes walk to Hermosa beach. There is also a small shop not far away.

Pretty far from Santa Teresa center. Not the hotel's fault but the roads to get to this place are an absolute nightmare and everywhere in Santa Teresa (to really consider when you want to explore this part of Costa Rica).

Very Eco style Villas, we really liked the entourage and design, very confortable beds, all the necessaries in the kitchen area, a lot of wood details and great zen vibe.

The main road is pretty bad, you have to share your space with ppl across from your Villa and around, if other Villas are too active outside and you need quiet, then this might become a problem, we where lucky that way and highly still recommend this property even though it's a bit far from the main strip in Santa Teresa

We stayed at the casa Argan. Beautiful private home. It was walking distance to playa hermosa.

Playa hermosa is experiencing a lot of development and there was loud construction going on from 630 am until sunset. This created a loud environment not amenable to spending a lot of time at the casa during the day.
