Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that are 4 villas and each 2 share a swimming pool. Please note that the property only accepts payment by credit card if the card is physically present. The reception is not open every day, 24hs. Check-in is done as self check-in. The administration will provide self check-in instructions before arrival. Parties and celebrations are not allowed in the hotel. Disturbing noises are not allowed from 9pm to 7am.

Proximity to the beach. We stayed in the house which is a nice layout but not quite finished. The night watchman was friendly.

The pool didn’t have a step and was chest deep Which made it hard to get in and out of. The upstairs hallway smelled like sewage like the bathroom plumbing wasn’t vented properly. We never saw the owner and the manager was only on the premises certain hours.

The Villa Argan is the best in this super small village. The Villa is Fully equipped with private pool inclusive . Just few minutes from the beautiful beach (around 50 mt) . A paradise gateway as they define themselves. Few km from Santa Teresa where you can find a lot of restaurants and bar.

Beautiful garden setting with the perfect size villa. We booked for a family of four and we had an extra twin bed in one of the rooms when we showed up! So nice to have our boys (11-13) in their own beds. Pool was perfect and that hammock was well used. Full kitchen WITH all the appropriate cooking dishes was a big plus. And they provided a big jug of filtered water to drink from! So nice to have. Finally… 5 minute jungle walk under howler monkeys and parrots to get to the prettiest beach on the peninsula? Okay, sure…

Shared pool is a little different but we had a very kind/quiet family across from us and so it worked just fine. And for you that can’t handle the road in? Just go slow: it’s FINE. You don’t need 4x4 or some lifted truck to get there. We had a tiny rental and it CRUSHED it. There are waaaaay worse roads in the world…
