Rhodeside Lodge

This was a really great spot to stop for the night. We got the family unit. Very clean and comfortable. The owners made sure we had all we needed and even hooked our foodvan up to power in the secure yard when we needed it. Very lovely owners and a hidden gem of a place to stay. Come with family or if in need of rest. There's a common area with a pool table, lounges, and TV to all hang out. Air con works well. Showers are good. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. We were very grateful for the stopover. A bit away from Geraldton city if that's what you prefer, but it's seriously not far to town and nice and quiet in this location. Perfect to get back on the highway the next day. Highly recommended, for a home like space you can relax in. Byo food and drinks and it's perfect. Thanks to the owners, we really appreciated the time with you.

Tiny bit of occasional road noise from but the gentle hum of the ducted aircon cut most of that out.

Pool table was nice

The staff were so rude to us, the owners yelled at me because I had gotten confused about the booking I didn’t quite understand what days we were there for as I got a different email to her and she yelled at me at the front desk and was swearing too, she was also very racist about the people I stayed with saying I shouldn’t be around indigenous people and also asking us if we had warrants out for us with the police when none of us are like that and we had given her no reason to think that other than our ethnicity clearly. She also didn’t double check my deposit I had told her that the card numbers weren’t mine and they were the wrong booking but she didn’t listen and treated me like I was a kid I still have the receipt for some random persons deposit refund and still haven’t gotten mine. Will absolutely never ever go back was treated so badly and it isn’t even worth the money you pay for. Also the other owner ( the husband ) was saying a lot of inappropriate comments to me (I’m 21) and my little sister (16) we had just tried to ignore him and not be around him as we felt so uncomfortable by the things he had commented on. Definitely do not waste your money here at all!

A very nice place located in a beautiful area. Very kind and helpful staff. The facility is very tidy and there's a lot of space to find yours to have a good time. The kitchen looks like a familiar home corner with everything you need. There's also a dining room and a living room with a TV. Each part of the facility is very very clean.

Property is clean, staff are friendly. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable & I like it’s a bit of of town. Will be our go too when visiting Geraldton!

Good stay in Geraldton, were there only for 1 night, clean and spacious. Kitchen and bath is to share.
