Please inform Rhodeside Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the property will pre-authorize the card on the day of the arrival. Please note: Guest check-in is strictly between 3pm-6pm everyday. Please advise your estimated arrival time and please note that After-Hours check-in will incur a fee of $35, payable upon check-in (the fee is not included in the room rate).

Nothing makes me comfortable

The owner is extremely rude. Extremely greedy. Eager want to find any reason from guest for asking extra money. Pick up guest watermelon knife without asking. And threaten customers by calling police because we are angry about they pick up knife without asking.

Out of town staff are lovely

The bedding was moist from thier evaporative cooler they ask you keep windows open 15cm i had open all the way and everything was moist still and no control over aircon in your room just 1 main control in hall we turned down cause was so cold n moisture in the air
