Hotel Phillips is exceptional in every way. Cleanliness, the bed was so comfortable. We liked the bare floors, much cleaner than carpet. We had plenty of towels etc. I will definitely stay here in the future and recommend to all my friends and family. The price was amazing.

Great room with a Queen bed and separate sitting room. Very clean and a had wonderful vibe! I plan on staying there every time I am in town if a room is available. Staff was very attentive as well.

Fantastic room and bed. Complete kitchen facilities, ample coffee pods, etc, super clean, no problems at all with surroundings.

I am mobility handicapped in that I have back problems, and can walk only 30 feet at a time without sitting down for a minute. My room was next to an outside entrance that my family was told I could not use. The handicapped parking is across a busy street in a free parking area. That is fine for most able bodied people, but I could not manage it. My family (that I was visiting for Christmas) had to pick me up and drop me off at the front entrance and I wish that I could have had a closer entrance to my awesome room. One was available, but I was prohibited from using it.

Very clean. Well maintained historic hotel with lots of class. Value was excellent. Didn't have to check in, just need codes. Bed was comfortable. Thick nice towels. The room was huge with 2 closets in their own area.

No vending machines. Parking lot is across street and poorly lit. Water pressure in shower is not good.

Was a fantastic price for this large suite! It was clean and comfortable for 5 (two couples and one adult). It was quiet and decorated very nicely. The only negatives were the place never got cool! It was in the 50s during our visit but it never got cooler than 72 degrees and we had the air running! The hot water also takes a long time to come - especially in the showers. Could also have included more towels for that large of a unit. 2 washcloths per bathroom for a multi day stay. Other than that - we enjoyed it very much!
