"Please choose other hotel"

There is nothing positive to highlight about this hotel. While it is located near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, it is not within walking distance, especially if you are carrying luggage. The hotel is also close to a newly opened shopping mall; however, the mall is not fully operational yet.

The building is very old, and renovation works are still ongoing. If you stay in the hotel during the day until evening, you will be surrounded by constant renovation noise. Despite being a large hotel, only one or two check-in counters are operating, and the check-in process is extremely slow. The check-in staff were also unfriendly. The room condition is poor, with almost no soundproofing. You can clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and people walking past your door. I will not return to this hotel, as there are many better options nearby.

"A comeback dissappointment"

The room service caters to halal food and it was 24/7.

The room fixtiures & fittings were not in gkod shape and looks run down. The power point and plugs were loose, the aircon cover was not intact, the safe box cannot be used. The cipboards door was loose and made a squeeky spund when open. The toiletries provided were mini sized
