"Close to LV Prasad Eye Institute"

The location is close to LV Prasad Eye Institute with good value for money. The rooms were clean and staff behavior was great. They have good food available in their restaurant.

The rooms can be improved by simply placing a wall clock and a mirror.

"Worst nightmare of hotel experience"

Nothing at all

They asked for more money and full payment while checkin. Forcefully took money in cash to not have any proof. Since my parents reached at 10:00 PM, they had no other option and had to pay what they demanded. Even if they would have opted to not checkin, they had half the payment already done and wouldn't have refunded. This was really a nightmare for my parents and me. Also, they said if there is any stain found on bed, they will charge for it, even though they had not provided any setup to eat food while they provided food in the room.
