Everything was fine & the staff was cooperative

The TV was not working it took 5 hours for them to recharge dth Shampoo was not provided

We paid half the amount before as advanced booking and for the other half when I used the same link it showed the payment isn't verified but the money is cut from my account (I HAVE BANK STATEMENT). So hotel called and told to transfer money directly or the room wont be given. so we paid the rest amount and then again he said the payment isn't received but it was cut. Then again we sent the money. So Now I have 2 refunds to receive 1 due to the Oyo payment link which was given by booking.com and the other from hotel which I paid directly because he forced us to pay or told the room will be given to someone else and it was going to be night and we would have no place to stay even when we did the booking 1 month earlier. so basically for a total amount of 11k I have paid 22k and 11k Indian rupee refund is still remaining. We don't know what to do. We are students. I complained the hotel they say nothing. I call the same person who threatened us to not give room for refund and he cuts my call. I called booking.com customer service they told they will comeback on this and never came.

Facilities are nice .

Nothing , every thing is good

The location is close to LV Prasad Eye Institute with good value for money. The rooms were clean and staff behavior was great. They have good food available in their restaurant.

The rooms can be improved by simply placing a wall clock and a mirror.
