Petit déjeuner copieux surtout pour le salé. Dommage pour la salade de fruits en conserve !!! Personnel gentil et compétent à la salle à manger.

Le bruit partout : à la salle à manger on se serait cru dans une cantine scolaire avec les cris et bruits des chaises. Bruit dans les couloirs ....insonorisation à revoir. Le manque d'amabilité du grand barman ....pas de regard, pas de sourire, pas aimable ... C incroyable d'être ainsi !!!

I don't recall anyone mentioning the stairs to be climbed with luggage from parking lot to lobby or the stairs to the pool.

The highlight of this hotel for me was the privacy of our room. We paid extra for the luxury bungalow with private pool & sea views. It did not dissapoint in that respect. It was very quiet & hardly any people around & our view was stunning. The staff are pleasant, housekeeping were particularly happy & welcoming & came daily to tidy up & mop the area. The fridge was a plus point as they had an on site shop with very reasonable prices on their drinks & snacks, we used this daily. The hotel is on the green bus route, the bus stop is at the bottom of their driveway. For anyone planning to take the bus from the airport, you need number 15 to the green bus station, then the palaiokastritsa bus was at stand 8. A bus conducter joins the bus a few stops in & calls out the hotel stops throughout. Very easy to do. The hotel is just 5mins from paleo town by bus too. We attempted to walk one day but the downward winding roads with hardly any pavements meant it was hazardous & took longer than expected for the distance.

A couple of things were disappointing. On arrival our pool had a wet wipe stuck in the filter which meant debris that fell out of the gutter couldnt clear. We meantioned this to staff but no one came till the next day, by which time my partner had cleared the blockage. Because of this we didnt use the pool for the first day. There was also a swimming costume left on a chair back by a previous guest & our pool light didnt work, this was disappointing as the pool areas either side of ours had a lovely ambient glow in the evenings while ours were in darkness. I think when a premium is being paid for a room it should be quality checked ahead of guests arriving.

We stayed in a private bungalo, it was wonderful. The view from the room was fantastic and the private pool was great. Staff at the reception was very super nice, friendly and helpful.

On the first day none came to clean our room, we had to ask reception stuff for clean towels. On the second the room was cleaned but but cleaning meant only taking out the trash and bringing new towels. On one of the days it was raining in the morning so rooftop pool bar did not open for the whole day even it was crowded and the bathrooms were not cleaned as well.

The view from the balcony. Obtaining a car for hire was seamless, a good experience. The buses were reliable.

Needs a revamp & plumbing needs attention. We could hear someone snoring in the next room. Customers leaving early in the am made so much noise wheeling cases down the corridor, talking loud. The room had an offensive smell, once the a:cond was on that helped.
