Paleokastritsa Palace - Adults Only

The location and the views were fabulous. We needed a very late check in and were given free drinks on arrival. The staff were friendly , helpful and extremely hard working. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the team here worked super hard to keep everything clean and well stocked. The upstairs rooftop pool was a beautiful space to relax have a swim, gorgeous surroundings and views, with a snack bar for cold drinks and snacks.

The bed bed was quite hard , the pillows too big.

The room we had was described as luxury room with private swimming pool. It had swimming pool but not luxury everything was just old and not as clean as we expected and beds not very comfortable It should be lot better for thr price we paid

The hotel is situated on a steep hill it was a long way to get to the beach if you walked which was the only way or if you took the steps from the hotel to the road they were dangerous very dirty and unkept. The pool areas are in need of updating. We were disappointed in this 4 STAR hotel and will not be returning

Location

The room smelled like sewage for 2 days. After the first day the reception said that you are fully booked and they can only solve this the next day (when we departed). The WiFi didn’t work all days in the room. Besides the room doors are not soundproof at all and we woke up late at night and early mornings through other guests. We expected a 4* experience and had a horrible one!!!
