La habitación era elegante y luminosa, con una decoración moderna. Todo era muy limpio.

En la descripción falta mucha información: El desayuno se lleva a la habitación la noche anterior, no se puede elegir qué se quiere comer, lo cual no es muy sostenible. No se trata de un hotel, sino de un hostal. Sin embargo, yo había buscado específicamente hoteles. No hay recepción, solo se puede contactar a través de WhatsApp. Pedí tres veces una factura, que necesito por motivos profesionales, pero nunca la recibí.

The staff were lovely, we arrived early after travelling overnight to drop off our bags and they gave us juice and biscuits to keep us going! Great for people doing Torres del Paine breakfast is big and delivered the day before so can leave as early as you like. Pretty close to bus stop. Comfy rooms and nice hot showers.

Lovely boutique hotel, walking distance to everything. Rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. Appreciated getting breakfast the night before to have at our leisure. Highly recommend this property!

"Lovely boutique style hotel with friendly staff. Our favorite during our travels in Chile."

The rooms are styled with lots of love for details. It was clean and shelf and hanger for some clothes added to our overall comfort. We especially liked the nespresso coffeemachine in the room especially because it is not that easy to get good coffee in Chile. Also the included breakfast was rich and prepared with detail.

The walls are quite thin so privacy is a bit limited...😉
