On arrival we were greeted by the wonderful concierge who I’m embarrassed to say I can’t remember his name but he was Welsh so I’m sure you’ll know who I’m referring to, he is very passionate about the hotel and showed us around the hotels excellent facilities. We had 2 delicious meals at the hotel during our stay but not at the Michelin starred restaurant. An immaculate hotel in the heart of the capital with wonderful staff.

Le personnel de l'accueil et le manager.

Le sol de la chambre n'était pas nettoyé - mouchoir et un fil plastique par terre le jour de notre arrivée et jusqu'à notre départ ! Lavabo très bas. Couettes trop petites - lits jumeaux - besoin d'un grand drap pour que la couette ne tombe pas pendant la nuit.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities supplied. We love the breakfast here, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

"Friendly and helpful"

We stayed for a 3 day break for Christmas shopping , and found the hotel very good with excellent and friendly staff. The beds were in particular very comfortable with excellent linen. A good 4 course meal in the Michelin starred restaurant , and the free ( not really ) bar for guests was a treat.
