Vending machine and air-conditioning didn’t work

Room clean shower not working very well

The receptionists were friendly and the cleaning ladies were very helpful. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the included breakfast was great.

ONE of The bed was urine stained with smell.Complained about the smell,nothing was done.Went to crawl in bed, and that's when we found the smell was coming from the sheets and bed.Went back to the desk with the smelly sheet.They gave us another room UP STAIRS.Yet earlier that day was told they had no other rooms available. No discount,no help as lm disabled and my kids are young girls.Carpet had stains,no bath towels only 3 hand towels. The second room had foam toppers on them that were to short,The small pillow fell into the gap between foamy and head board.We all have sore necks.Im 63 never stayed in such a filthy run down place. When leaving a different girls was at the desk.l mentioned how the first bed stunk so bad and the way we were treated.The only person that seemed remotely concerned.Gave our pet deposit back.l also had to argue with the front desk about the description of the room we thought we pre booked was supposed to have a couch.The room did not have a couch.l ended up showing my receipt from the bookings ap.Still wanted to argue.l gave up as l wanted to rest from our long drive. Also when the wire brought the urine stained sheets to the front desk the women said we alternate changing the bedding between days.WOW!
