The staff were very helpful and friendly

the manager Decerie Agarin was supper helpful when I needed help with scanning and e-mailing documents

The lady who checked us in was more interested in her phone scrolling than attending to us. I was put in a smoking area when I cant stand the smell. we did get another room when i spoke to the receptionist. The bathroom needs lots of TLC. The toilet seat was loose. The shower was almost clogged so was the tub drain. The tub had hairs in it

I liked the friendliness of all the staff I interacted with. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety. The towels and bedding could be newer and in better condition - holes and discolouration. The room's air conditioning unit worked well and was very quiet, a nice surprise.

The desk staff were chill and helpful with anything i had questions for or requests of. The place was quiet, had no trouble sleeping. Bed comfort was okay. Not great, not bad. Breakfast times being from 4am to 9am is stellar. Room ac + heat worked great. Water pressure for shower was good. But the water is rather hard/harsh and will dry your skin out noticably. Only downsides really were that the there was spilled drink on top of the rooms mini fridge when i came in, plus old cigsrettes burns in tbe carpet (no smell), in the non smoking room, and the walls were fairly dirty, could use a wipe doen. And the place feels very 70's in the rooms. Honestly if the cleaners were more thourough it would help a fair bit. Overall good stay other than that.

The room was dirty hallways were dirty one look and we said sorry we will not stay here. Expedia had rated it at a 10 should have been a minus whorse we have seen for a long time.

Prima ontbijt. Ruime kamer met 2 bedden. Badkamer met bad en prima douche

Ventilator in badkamer werkte niet, stopcontact in badkamer hield de stekker niet vast (uitgesleten). Vitrage had een flinke scheur van zo’n 50 cm. ‘sNachts viel de stroom uit en ging een heel luidruchtige motor van een generator zijn werk doen.

Nice breakfast

Carpets, need clearing, and furniture was ass sticky with varnish.
