Big space, great view, flexible check in and out. Fast reply message.

There were many mosquitoes even in January, and we killed 5 in a room. Shared kitchen, bad smell from private bathroom and I guess pipe was stuck and had to stop showing for a while. breakfast room was too small for the guests.

This accommodation is located in a place with a very beautiful view. The layout of the rooms was fascinating. The bed was extremely big and comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.

The car didn't like driving in with an extremely steep incline :D

Relaxing and quit place. Beautiful view. Close to Bandama, a nice hike around the volcano. Fine breakfast, not fancy, but selection of classics for a continental. Little cosy poolarea for sunbathing. A place also nice to use until checkout at 12.00. We ate at Bodega Vandama, which we liked.

The views from the rooms at the front of the hotel are stunning. It is a good location from the golf course.

Having stayed here before when the hotel was under different ownership we felt that it isn’t as good under the new ownership. We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned or bed made up during our stay. The breakfast really was help yourself having to look in cupboards and drawers for plates and cutlery. Previously there was someone in the kitchen making fresh eggs bacon etc. The hotel could do with a little refresh too.
