Excellent location at the top of the mountain with very nice view to the sea and volcan. Room is spacious with very big bathroom. Las Palmas is 15 minutes by car, south of the island max 1 hour.

Really beautiful views, the place has great potential, unfortunately didn’t take advantage of it.

Dirty! Mildew on the wall! They entice with beautiful pictures and an idyllic location but it's a deception! I wanted to get my money back for a shortened trip (this mold made my illness worse), they disappeared, no contact.

My wife and I have stayed at your hotel from 04.10.2024 to 06.10.2024. I told you by the Web-Check-In on 03.10.2024 that we will arrive at the hotel at 23:30 at 04.10, in order to get the key in time. But as we got to the hotel at night on 04.10, there was no one at the reception and no message was left. We have to stay in the reception hall the whole night. Until 8 o'clock in the morning the old cook lady came and we could eventually get into the room. And the air-conditioner was somehow broken. Water came out and fell on the bed. The bed is too wet to sleep. We have paid the full price of the room for 04.10. But we didn't get the corresponding service. We are asking for compensation for these unpleasant issues.

The view was fantastic, the room was quiet and spacious. This location is far from the crowded beaches therefore it is a perfect place to relax. There were always free parking spaces.

The view from the bedroom was splendid. The bedroom itself was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The lady that welcomed us and made us breakfast in the morning was so kind ! The free access to the kitchen was very useful. There are many little places outside around the villa where you can seat and enjoy the view. You can even borrow board games if you want :)

The pool is quite tiny when the villa is full and everyone want to enjoy the pool at the same time. Also, our air conditionner made some loud noises, so we had to switch it off at night. There also was a sewer smell coming from the toilets.
