Hotel Mount Maluti - Lesotho

It is very close to a shopping mall and the beds are firm and clean. When we stepped out in the evening, as we were there with a group, the guards secured our parking as they had a Valentine's even that had parking overflowing onto the street.The brewed coffee was great! Dining hall breakfast was also good though I wish they didn't precook the fried eggs.

They advertised an executive room with a separate living room and bedroom then wanted to give me a standard rooom, claiming the area where they had 2 tub chairs and at the end of the bed was the living room. They told me the room used to advertised was actually the owner's main house.and not the actual roon. I had to insist on the room I booked and they ended up giving me main house. I was not impressed with having to argue to get something I had booked for and being falsely advertised to. They had a noisy Valentine's day event that ran to 1am and couldn't get mich sleep until then. It wasnt stated on the site that guests needed to expect to sleep through that noise.

The staff was realy goog yo my family and they are friendly

The surroundings are a turn off.

It was clean, right in town like they said on their guide. Also easy to find and the staff was great

The room had NO aircon and No mini fridge.. in such December heat one needs to cool off😢 drink cold water/drinks etc. also did not like that they gave us 2 separate rooms while I specified on my booking that I am travelling with minors. The hotel is great but not made for a family and should not pop up while one is searching for a family place🙁

Breakfast was buffet with variety of food. Very good.

No phone in the rooms. And noisy guests.

Nothing out of this world

Firstly the location not easy to find The rooms did not have aircons or fans The carpets were dirty The bed were uncomfortable The staff were inconsiderate of guests making noise in the corridors whilst we were sleeping The balcony door not closing properly

I love the breakfast and the scenery as well as the other staff members were very friendly. The receptionist also provided advise with regard to bookings and seccurity guards were great in providing direction of where we needed to go.

The staff did not know about my booking and was slow to assist,the was no one at reception when we arrived.Did not like the view of the room however we were offered to change. We did not like the bath tub too and thought they could include a shower,water was hot TV channels lacking Electrical wall plug not working had to switch off the electric blanket to plug on heater
