Your efforts in keeping the guests warm in your rooms

The ironing was 5/10.... But we understood and accepted the explanation from the lady... in future if you can perhaps give us options if we prefer that you iron for us or we do it ourselces

The workers are considerate

Good location, easy access to town, main road etc. Large room, balcony was nice - and the grounds are a lovely setting.

The shower in the bathroom wasn't working - the pipe feeding the showerhead was split at the base, so water would spray from there, and not reach the shower head. The bath drained very slowly as well - might need some maintenance.

Helpful staff

The bed have old mattress, very uncomfortable .Would appreciate sound proof in the rooms,we were woken up by the weird sound from the room next door

The place always has staff members that are well trained in terms of hospitality.

being the number one place of accommodation and relaxation ,mount maluti should always strife to maintain that status.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

The room had a broken side table which was not really safe for the child. The shower head was too tiny and did not allow for a well deserved shower after a long travel.
