Location was superb, right on the beach with private access. Lovely pool area-never too busy. Breakfast was nice and casual and never too busy. All the staff were very friendly and provided a great service.

A microwave in the small kitchenette would have been useful and a few more items of glassware. For a family of four there wasn't anywhere to eat in your room. We did have two balconies but only 1 table which was a bit of a squeeze to fit all four onto. Having said that, the local restaurants are so close and excellent we didn't need to cook anything!

Breakfast was excellent, very friendly staff. They made us feel like family. The water was crystal clear. Best beach ever.

Location (close to the sandy beach). Room and balcony was spacious + provision of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, kettle etc. Friendly and helpful receptionists (Stella and Maria in particular) Family friendly resort (but with some caveats - see next section).

Water supply issues: on arrival, we immediately encountered water supply shortages/restrictions with no cold or hot water for several days between 5pm and well into midnight (and often beyond this time). This usually meant that we couldn't shower on return from the beach. The situation improved later on but the water pressure was frequently too low - in one instance we had to use the gallon of water (provided by the hotel) to wash the soap off our child. Hand on heart, the water supply issue stabilised in the end and the management was very apologetic from day one about it. We were told that this is an acute problem in Pefkos and Lindos every year. Inconsistent cleaning: our room wasn't cleaned every day. We encountered a number of small issues (e.g. beds were made up three or four times during our 12 day stay, we were left without toilet paper twice, waste bins were not emptied every day, the bed sheet for our child went missing twice so we had to go to reception for assistance). We also queried cleaning policy with the reception and were told that hotel rooms were cleaned every day apart from Sunday. Unfortunately, this wasn't our experience and we didn't see any major improvements for the remainder of our stay. Swimming pool: the swimming pool area is very small and mostly dominated by large families, wedding parties and/or group of males drinking alcohol in the pool. On the latter, I think the management should try to do something about because some guests, children in particular, may find the sight intimidating. We spent most of our time on the beach.

We got a room upgrade in one of the hotel's finest !!!!!! Awesome sea views and the beach right in front of us !!!! Wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff, excellent service, excellent location. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, all wonderful. Strongly recommended, definitely coming back!!!!!!

Absolutely nothing that we didn't like .

Straightforward access to the beach with beautiful scenery. Lots of bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent and varied choice of breakfast with fresh fruit daily.

The apartment was quite cosy for the three of us. The room service could be a bit better.

There is no water anywhere on the whole hotel from 17.00-ish to around 22.00/23.00. They give waterbottles… but it just doesnt make it up. Another thing which is a minus is that you can not throw the toilet paper in the toilet. We had them arrange a transfer to the harbour as we were leaving but they told the taxi driver that we were going to the airport so we almost missed the ferry. Almost all members of the staff are cranky. Stella in the reception, the whole team driving the golfcars and the young guy at the pool bar are exceptions they gave a good service. The beach is nice, fine sand and kids-friendly but there is very little of it so its difficult to put a towel. And the sunbeds are minimum 15 eur per day. The main pool is nice and we never had issues in getting sunbeds - and we dont block them early in the morning. The kids pool is a babypool and very borring.
