liked that you could use facilities of all three sister hotels thus giving you ply of options.All the staff were exceptional in their friendliness and couldn’t do enough to help.

nothing not to like about the property, however the beach was down a lot of very steep steps and no facilities on the beach eg toilets or beach bar .

A charming and surprising resort with an excellent staff.best location A few steps from a beach with crystal water. Cleaning and maintenance done with love for the place. Amazing staff who help with every request. We really liked and enjoyed our stay. Recommend to everyone. Pepkos town is especially lively at night. Bars, restaurants and music. External noise was sometimes intrusive

clean, basic but modern rooms that are a good size. breakfast was good with a good choice and staff were all friendly. access straight on to the beach is a big bonus !

no hot water for a shower on our second night and after waiting c.45 mins we just had to have cold showers as we were going out. it was fixed by the next day so not the end of the world, just not ideal

Room with two bedrooms was practical and everything was quite new and clean. Beds were good. Pool was nice and the small beach was just next to the hotel.

The service wasn't good at all. People both in the reception and at the breakfast were almost rude. Mistakes were not even apologized (first day the cleaner took the old towels and didn't leave clean ones, the next day the room wasn't cleaned at all. There were a lot of Brits staying in the complex. And the breakfast was aimed to that taste. There were quite a good variety of hot food etc. but many products otherwise probably the chepeast options. E.g. the yoghurt and the juoce were quite terrible. Pefki is a tourist village and we found it difficult to find a good restaurant to eat although there were many options.
