ITOttima posizione, tanto verde rigoglioso e ben curato, camera pulita, confortevole e silenziosa, letti comodi, staff accogliente e instancabile. Ogni giorno il buffet prevede l'aggiunta di cibi a tema differente (internazionale, americano, asiatico, spagnolo, italiano, indiano, sudamericano). Pizza disponibile ogni giorno, davvero buona. Durante il soggiorno si può mangiare una volta al ristorante tematico americano/tex mex o italiano, con servizio al tavolo, noi siamo andati all'americano/tex mex e niente male, è incluso un antipasto, un piatto principale, un dessert e le stesse bevande dell'all inclusive (bottiglie di vino a pagamento). La spiaggia di Flamingo beach è a 7 minuti a piedi ed è davvero bella e tranquilla. In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Playa Blanca e la relativa spiaggia, in 20 minuti a piedi Playa Dorada e il centro comercial Papagayo, in 30 minuti a piedi Marina Rubicon e il centro comercial Rubicon e in 40 minuti a piedi il centro comercial El Pueblo.
Nulla da dire sulla struttura, solo un suggerimento per i buffet: incrementare l'offerta con prodotti non solo dedicati ai principali ospiti provenienti dal nord del Regno Unito e dall'Irlanda (tanta offerta, ma pochi cibi salutari). Una nota davvero dolente è stata l'inciviltà di questi ospiti che lasciavano rifiuti ovunque, anche quando il cestino era a pochi metri, oltre al fatto che bevevano alcolici dal mattino presto alla sera tardi.
USThe villa-style accommodation is much better than a hotel, especially for vacations. But unfortunately, the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are poor.
There's a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Besides the hotel's cleanliness, because it's cheap, the guests aren't polite enough to pick up their own trash, and the hotel is full of cups, plates, and other dirt scattered on the floor throughout the day. As for maintenance, many things are broken. In the gym, the treadmill that the main one uses doesn't work, there are broken railings, rusty things; it needs more attention from the management. Furthermore, there's nothing for the children to do if it's cold or raining. They don't have facilities for children. The food was always repetitive and of low quality. The desserts were terrible. There are no healthy options if you're going with children. The pool is extremely cold. It's impossible to stay in for more than 5 minutes, even with the intense heat outside. With so much sun, it's not expensive at all to heat the pools to a minimally adequate temperature, especially for children.
